Lana is Visiting Assistant Professor of History at Middlebury College, and her book Stirrings: How Activist New Yorkers Ignited a Movement for Food Justice will be published this Fall. Eleni is a scholar, writer, and activist from Madison, WI. She is currently a PhD candidate at University of Wisconsin-Madison studying Educational Policy and Curriculum & Instruction. We chat about food justice, social movements, what political engagement really means, and how to build solidarity.
