Our minds are a beautiful thing. They’re also quite mysterious. There’s still so much we don’t understand about how our minds work and just like snowflakes - no two minds are alike. Yet this aspect of diversity is often overlooked when compared to the more traditional DEI frameworks such as the color of one’s skin, ethnicity, and sexual orientation, to name a few. Inside the walls of our organizations leaders continue to focus on team fit and culture fit, insidiously and unintentionally ensuring that everyone should think and act the same.
