In Ukraine, air raid sirens went off on Friday at dawn as Russia fired 20 cruise missiles and two drones into the country. Meanwhile, Ukraine is preparing for a long-awaited spring counteroffensive against Russian armed forces. And, the German government says it will set up an international commission to conduct an inquiry into the deadly hostage-taking — and botched police raid — at the 1972 Olympics in Munich.
