Today, Ukraine attacked an oil terminal in a rare drone strike on St Petersburg, we update from the US as negotiations on support for Ukraine grind on and we hear more about events inside Russia as there are protests in the republic of Bashkortostan and thousands freeze as pipes malfunction in the Russian winter.
