This Saturday’s, July 25th., UFC Fight Island 3: ‘Whittaker vs. Till’ event, broadcast from the brand new Flash Forum facility on the infamous FIGHT ISLAND (Yas Island) off the coast of Abu Dhabi, showcased a solid card featuring an exciting middleweight fight between Robert ‘The Reaper’ Whittaker and Darren ‘The Gorilla’ Till. Our co-main event showcased a light heavyweight tilt between Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua & ‘Lil Nog, aka Minotauro’ Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. Also on the card, we had a highly-anticipated main card bout between heavyweights Fabricio ‘Vai Cavalo’ Werdum and Alexander ‘The Mauler’ Gustafsson, which was quickly over by 2:30 1st round submission, that bout was preceded by a brawl that went to the judges scorecards, which took place between Alex ‘Cowboy’ Oliveira and Peter Sobotta; rounding things out we were treated to SIX POTN efforts put forth by Khamzat Chimaev, Tom Aspinall, Paul Craig, Fabricio Werdum, Tanner Boser, and Jesse Ronson.
