Today’s reading is from the prophet Isaiah chapter 12, verses 3 through 6. As we listen, can I open my heart to what the Holy Spirit might want me to hear? Are there any words or phrases that specially stand out to me today? 3 People of Israel, he will save you. That will bring you joy like water brought up from wells. 4 In days to come, the people of Israel will sing, “Give praise to the LORD. Make his name known. Tell the nations what he has done. Announce how honored he is. 5 Sing to the LORD. He has done glorious things. Let it be known all over the world. 6 People of Zion, give a loud shout! Sing for joy! The Holy One of Israel is among you. And he is great.” God, we wait in hope for you. You help us. You are like a shield that keeps us safe. Give us hearts that are joyful because of you; teach us to trust you, because you are holy and good. Lord, let your faithful love be with us. We put our hope in you. Bring us today into the joy of your life and your presence. In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.  We Wonder is written and hosted by Sarah Dahl, and is produced by Richard Clark and Nick Thompson.
