Salaam Alaykum Everyone,
Welcome back to The Rogue Muslim! This week I have Sumayya on again to discuss Islam and Mental Health– Part 2. We take a more in-depth look into the basics of Islam and Mental Health, and have a range of conversations, from what the Quran says about mental health and how it can help, to the stigma surrounding mental health in Muslim communities, and how this is changing, and finally how non-Muslims can support Muslims in their mental health journey's.
Unfortunately, I have had editing issues with this one, and so I was not able to introduce the podcast as I usually do! There is also a small section where my recorder stopped recording so I apologize for that! Hopefully for the next episode, the gods of editing are there for me!!
