Charlie suggests the decline of Netflix's DVD-by-mail service made the US Postal Service vulnerable. She also charts the musical progression of Grey's Anatomy as a series. Erik and Charlie reminisce about long-lost facilities near USC. Erik and Justin blame free soda refills as the underlying reason for their doughiness and Charlie learns Justin has a problem with depictions of surgery.
