The Civil Aviation Authority says Ryanair should compensate customers whose flights were cancelled or delayed because of strikes by Ryanair pilots and cabin crew. Ryanair, doesn't agree. What is the next step? And do affected customers have to do anything? Do you file your tax return on Christmas day? 2,590 people do - not very festive but there is a deadline looming. We find out who has to file and is it too late to send it on paper. Christmas is great if you have friends and family but lonely if your on your own. BBC NI appeal looks at loneliness and here at On Your Behalf we're looking at people with cancer who may feel lonely and isolated and finding out why an exercise class may be the answer. In Northern Ireland the Co-ownership housing association, alongside the Housing Executive, have signed up to the scheme so that their tenants can improve their credit scores.
