25:11 - Finally, Jerami Grant reportedly turned down his max contract extension offer when it was offered to him at the beginning of January. That sounds worse than it is. Grant is very likely to remain in Portland for the long-term and waiting to sign an extension until the offseason gives him the path to more money and a longer contract.
