Kindness has been around for as long as humans have been alive, and some traditions of kindness have either recently been created or have been around for a while now. This episode covers some amazing traditions of kindness that you might want to do yourself!

The quote in this episode is from Nelson Mandela: "The profound sense that we are human only through the humanity of others; that if we are to accomplish anything in this world, it will in equal measure be due to the work and achievements of others."

Oh and if you are interested in the Nguni proverb, it is, “umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu,” which loosely translates as, “ I am who I am because of who you are”
