Countdown #372

The old adage of the show must go on has never been more apt for The Countdown as Wayne pushes through COVID to highlight some of the finer indie films of the last decade or so in this celebration of the very best A24 studio films. 

Of course, the guys had to record this week's episode remotely due to Wayne's positive status, and that means the show is minus its third and most valued member, The Soundboard. Wayne, shockingly, thinks this is the highlight of his week, while Paul appropriately commemorates their fallen colleague and wishes it a speedy return.

Beyond that, there's plenty of indie films, some consternation, and a surprising amount of good-natured agreement (Wayne really must be sick!), as The Countdown continues ...
