In this episode we talk to Umbrella Academy actor Tom Hopper. Tom has appeared in all our favourite shows, from Game of Thrones to Merlin and Black Sails. He’s known for being 6 foot 5, ripped, and the nicest man in show business. We find out how Arnold Schwarzenegger inspired Tom to rebel against his drama teachers, how his son’s autism diagnosis changed his definition of ‘normal’ and just how much of his huge Umbrella Academy character is prosthetic. Tom and his wife Laura have shared their experiences of adjusting to life with their son Freddie’s autism diagnosis on their YouTube channel The Hopper Family: He also co-hosts the brilliant Earth Locker podcast with Umbrella Academy co-star Robert Sheehan and TV producer Byron Knight.
