Are you a liar? Are you honest with yourself?

Chances are you are guilty of lying to yourself about something. But what about your health? Do you ever try to convince yourself that you are too tired? It's too hard or that more is always better? Have you ever told yourself any of these lies?

This week we talk all about the lies we have told ourselves that have negatively impacted on our health. We get honest and admit some of the worst lies we have told ourselves. Things like we can eat what we want because we train, I earned this, I just need to get through this and many more like this. We then go even more in-depth and deal with the lies like I'm ok, this will make me feel better and there must be something wrong with me.

The truth is that these lies don't ever help. If anything, they make it harder to be healthier!

For recommendations this week, Robo recommends the new Fantastic Beasts and the Crimes of Grindiwold. Tim recommends the new MX Endurance race team which you can apply for at mxendurace.com/race-team
