Have you jumped out of a plane? Held a snake? Gone for a swim with sharks? We all have something we are afraid of and it is completely normal that people avoid the things that scare them. But what about when your fears prevent you from becoming healthier?

This week we talk about all the ways in which fear can limit your ability to be healthy. We look at some of the more obvious fears like fear of failure. fear of judgement and fear of letting people down. But what about the fear of success? Fear of honesty or fear of hard work. These are all things that can prevent people from making those first big steps towards healthier choices.

We then turn our attention to how fear can be a good thing. Using fear as a motivator, fear as accountability or accepting that being afraid of what other people think of you will set you free.

For recommendations this week, Robo recommends Marvel's Iron Fist on Netflix and Tim recommends Peptipro Collagen: https://www.gelatinaustralia.com.au/collections/all/products/peptipro-collagen-hydrolysate-beef-gelatin-500grams-premium-grade
