This week, we talk about all the ways to know if you are getting healthier even though your weight isn't going down. We talk about lower heart rate, improved diet, better sleep, improved objective results, faster recovery and many others. We hope that by giving you all some things to look out for you won't lose hope or motivation when you aren't seeing that number decreasing.
We hit a bit of a low this week as we turn our attention on an article from GQ, 'How to Lose Belly Fat in 2 Days.' The article seems to deal more with bloating for some reason but again, just another treat for all of our Think Fit listeners!
