We talk about the health and environmental impacts of going plant-based and what people who don't want to go plant-based can learn from people who are.
Kate dispels a number of the most common 'myths' about being vegan and presents an incredibly balanced view on what we can all do to be healthier and happier if whether or not you eat animal products.
