Much like training, there needs to be a different approach to your diet when you are trying to lose weight and when trying to perform at your best. If you can count on one thing with Think Fit, if we don't know the answer, we will try and find someone who does. Or in this case, two people.

This week we are extremely lucky to be joined by the brains behind The Health & Performance Collective, Jess Spendlove and Chloe McLeod. Using their super-powers of knowing what to put in your body and when, they teach the two Think Fit boys the different ways they should approach diet. They highlight the importance of periodisation and optimisation of your diet, why it is important to ensure you are fuelled properly for performance as well as why it is important to eat enough when you try and lose weight as well. They explain the importance of protein and carbs and why trying to eat less will lead to poorer results. Basically, they tell you how to eat to get the best out of yourself if you are trying to drop weight or perform at your peak!

We find out their opinions on the keto diet, intermittent fasting and all the other wonderful diet advice you come across online. The best thing, they make sure the information is easy to understand and follow!

For recommendations this week, Robo continues with his theme of dispensing advice and suggests you take a 3-day weekend. Chloe talks about the importance of sleep and Tim recommends the T.V. show Smallville!
