Would you rather be skinny or healthy? We aren't saying the two are mutually exclusive, but if you had to choose one, honestly, which would you pick?

This week we take a long hard look in the mirror and attempt to answer this question. Surprisingly, we both agreed we would rather be skinny than healthy. We both agreed that we know that we should say healthy but because of our background and the way that people perceive 'what looks good,' we would both rather be skinny. From this conversation, we dive into the nuts and bolts of the problem, what is skinny? Why do we think skinny is desirable and we come out the other side thinking that maybe we really should aim to be healthy because realistically, being skinny can be very unhealthy. We talk about the risks of being skinny-fat, being underweight and the importance of putting your health before the number on the scale. We also brainstorm some ways to know if you are getting too light.

For recommendations this week, Tim recommends the HBO show VEEP and Robo provides his tips on how to get your workout done in the morning when you just want to hit the snooze button. Not really a recommendation but we will allow it!
