Submit ReviewIf you listened to last week's epsiode, Robo finished by asking the question, 'are you really happy? Or are you happy because you compare yourself to what you used to be?" This got us both thinking and thinking led from one thing to another. We both realised that lots of people struggle to be happy for so many reasons. So Think Fit is here to save the day!
This week on the show we talk about ways you can allow yourself to be happy. We talk about the importance of contentment, or not wanting more, being responsible for your own happiness, not needing to make everyone else happy and most importantly, the fact that it is absolutely ok to not always be happy!
We also experience a Think Fit first this week! Tim has finally said something so bad that we had to beep it out! This episode was quite an intense conversation to be part of with some serious stuff happening to the two fit boys in their lives at the moment. But, the show must go on and we hope you get something out of this one!
For recommendations this week, Robo recommends his favourite shoes (again) https://www.allbirds.com and Tim recommends the new range of MaccaX merchandise https://www.maccax.com.
One of our listeners also emailed in to let us know about a lap-a-thon they are currently organising. You can find more information here: https://www.facebook.com/events/278675596218411/?ti=icl
