In reality, this week we discuss our experiences with some of the diets we have tried while trying to lose weight and the how and why of why they didn't work. We then go into the nitty gritty of what we specifically did to our diets to successfully lose weight. We highlight the lessons we have learned through our own success and failure with diet as well as some of the lessons we have learned from previous guests on the show and how their approaches have now influenced our way of thinking. Fundamentally the take away from this episode is that there is no single right way and unfortunately you need to work out what works for you.
