The Yankees won on Labor Day, and two miracles occurred: Aaron Judge hit a home run with a runner on base (that's an indictment on his teammates, not him), and Isiah Kiner-Falefa hit his first Yankees Stadium home run (second home run of the season). Judge hit #54 on the season, which ties A-Rod for the Yankee record by an RHH, set in 2007, and is on pace for 65 (!) home runs. Kiner-Falefa is not close to setting any home run records but it was still a nice insurance run for the Yankees who went on to win 5-2 and beat the Twins again.

Stacey also briefly discusses the forgettable weekend in Tampa. The Yankees are controlling their destiny right not until they have to play Tampa again this weekend.
