Meet our speakers and chair David Autor (@davidautor) is Ford Professor of Economics and Associate Department Head of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Department of Economics. He is Co-Director of the MIT Task Force on the Work of the Future and the National Bureau of Economic Research Labor Studies Program. Professor Autor has written extensively on labor-market impacts of technological change and globalization’s effects on wages, inequality and electoral politics. Judy Wajcman (@jwajcman1) is the Anthony Giddens Professor of Sociology at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is the Principal Investigator on the Women in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence research project at the Alan Turing Institute, a member of the AI100 Standing Committee, and a Fellow of the British Academy. Professor Wajcman has published widely in the fields of work and organizations, science and technology studies and feminist theory. Peter Trubowitz (@ptrubowitz) is Professor of International Relations, and Director of the US Centre at LSE and Associate Fellow at Chatham House.
