Westfield, New Jersey. Derek and Maria Broaddus purchased their dream home in June of 2014. They were excited to move in and raise their family in a beautiful neighborhood, but they never got the chance. They received a series of disturbing and threatening letters from someone known only as “The Watcher". The Watcher claimed ownership over the house, and asked for the “young blood” of the Broaddus children.
