Both Michigan football and Michigan basketball lost a player each to the NCAA transfer portal on Monday. The biggest one comes in football, where the Wolverines lost former four-star wide receiver and kick/punt returner A.J. Henning, though not surprisingly given his recent lack of use. In basketball, we didn't really get to see much of former four-star forward Gregg Glenn III, but he's also headed elsewhere. We discuss both and the ramifications of their departures, and then turn our attention to the team culture, and why we're happy with where it is now, but why there could be cause for concern in coming years, once again.
