Submit ReviewOn this weeks episode we talk code switching, when we've done it, why and what "the switch" has meant for us throughout our lives. We've all done it, one minute your talking to your girl friends about your weekend plans and the next your boss calls and you switch up. Code Switching is defined as the practice of alternating between two or more languages or varieties of language in conversation, but as Black people we often find ourselves switching our tone, words, mannerisms and even our posture to fit in.
