My guest today is Harvard Professor, psychiatrist, Zen priest and director of Harvard's Study of Adult Development (or 'The Happiness Study'), one of the longest-running studies of adult life conducted today. Happiness is something we're all chasing yet wonder if we're ever achieving. Robert's light-hearted, thoughtful yet passionate approach to the study of happiness reveals some hidden truths that can help us along the life-long journey to cultivating and maintaining happiness. Robert has a new book out called 'The Good Life.' The answers may be simpler and clearer than we realize. It's always nice to get gentle reminders to keep us on course. Remember, relationships matter, your instincts guide you, and your passions ignite you. Take the time to adopt one or two of these practices in your daily life and see where it can lead you. Enjoy.
