Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has brought a secretive court case in an attempt to change the terms of his irrevocable family trust - which currently splits control between his four children from his first two marriages after he dies. 

He wants the terms changed so that his eldest son, Lachlan remains in charge of his newspapers and television networks after his death. In particular focus is the powerful conservative news network Fox News.
