This week Catt welcomes Megan Roup to her bedroom - remotely of course - to share an intimate look at the woman behind The Sculpt Society. Yes, The Sculpt Society's combination of dancing, jumping and sculpting has attracted the likes of models and celebrities alike, but this workout is also accessible to all through an easy-access app (100% quarantine-approved).

Megan started out as a classically trained dancer and went on to learn jazz and hip hop, become a professional dancer for the NBA's Brooklyn Nets, and eventually, fell in love with fitness.  But Megan didn't always know what she wanted to do. She opens up about the complicated relationship she's had to food and her body since an early age, and how a life-changing therapy session opened up a whole new world for her.

Also in this episode, Megan talks about what it's like to be quarantined with her fiancee in their New York apartment, and how she's learned to enjoy her favorite foods -- guilt free.

And, Catt shares why it's so important for her to find time for self love and self care during this pandemic, and discloses the reality of her physical and mental state.
