It's our first episode of 2019, welcome all to the new year. However, we still have some things from the 2018 season to reflect on, as it'll inform us well for the 2019 season. We've reviewed all the delistings and retirements, free agency moves, trades, the draft, and whether all these changes were the right changes and will make the difference in 2019, giving you the most comprehensive assessment of your offseason. Due to the long and sometimes meandering nature of The Offseason Report Card series, we are recording 3 clubs per episode.
