NORTH DAKOTA: Ronald Johnson was supposed to be at his son's house on October 15, 2011, but he didn't show up.  On October 16, he was scheduled to be at his sister's house.  Again, Ron didn't show. The following day, October 17, Ron had an important appointment at the VA hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.  Ron missed this doctor's appointment as well.

His son went to his apartment and found food on the counter and a half-packed suitcase. But no Ron.
