In this episode of Make It Cute, Miles is joined by his friend, fellow tiktoker and recipe developer Justine (@justine_snacks) to talk all things about the Millennial Aesthetic and common stereotypes that millennials fall into. Miles and Justine take a quiz to see if they fall within those millennial stereotypes, and talk about all the things millennials take to the next level. In millennial fashion Justine shares her variation of avocado toast and Miles shares an amazing upgrading G&T recipe. You do not want to miss this extra special, extra long episode. Justine's Upgraded Ina Inspired Avocado Toast: 1lb salmon  1 tbsp chili powder Juice from one lime Salt & pepper to taste 2 cups shredded green cabbage 1 small handful fresh dill 1 cucumber, seeded and diced 3 tbsp white wine vinegar Salt & pepper to taste 2 avocados ½ tbsp sriracha Salt & pepper to taste 4-6 slices of crusty bread, preferably sourdough ~Preheat your oven to 425F and rub down your salmon with the chili powder, lime juice, salt and pepper. Put that on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. You can also “toast” your bread on a separate baking sheet for the same amount of time to kill two birds with one stone :) ~While your salmon is cooking, combine the cabbage, dill, cucumber, vinegar and salt and pepper and mix into a rough slaw. Do this first so your slaw can sit and marinate for a bit.  ~The mash your avocado with sriracha and season to taste.  ~When the salmon is done, flake it off the skin and assemble your toasts with the avocado first, then the slaw, then the salmon on top! Garnish with more dill or lime juice as you see fit. Miles's Upgraded Gin and Tonic: Lemon tonic water 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin .5 oz elderflower liqueur (preferably St. Germain) Ice Dried orange wheel for garnish Combine ingredients in a tall glass with ice, stir, garnish with a dried orange wheel.
