Lawyer Bruce Wildsmith, a retired professor of law from Dalhousie University, represented the Mi'kmaq in treaty rights cases, including the Donald Marshall Jr. case. He spoke with host Jeff Douglas about what the two Marshall decisions say about federal regulation. The show was also joined by Chief Gerald Toney with Annapolis Valley First Nation and Chief Terrence Paul with Membertou First Nation.
