The drug Mifepristone is used in most medication abortions in the U.S. Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk overturned the FDA's approval of the abortion drug. A federal appeals court will grant partial access to the drug while federal rulings play out, but impose stricter regulations about how it can be used.
