Back in 1985, Barry Gordy and Motown Records produced a funky Kung-fu flick with urban flare called the Last Dragon. This episode is the Sho'Nuff John special, the first in our series of host pick flicks.

Our Director Spotlight features two interesting directors, one is an icon of 80s cinema and is forever tied to the pop culture of the decade, a cinematic equivalent to MTV, John Hughes. Next we have the man who is the worldwide leader in explosions since 1995, Michael Bay. A man who unabashedly caters to our baser instincts, or just our 14 year old selves.

The Flux Capacitor is an all-time great this week. Featuring three well loved comedies and the 1984 flick where the Bacon sizzles and we are urged to dance out our rage. Office Space from 1999, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure and 'the Burbs from 1989, and from 1984 we have Footloose.

So shake off that case of the Mondays and kick off your Sunday shoes with a jam packed episode of VIA VHS!
