The impeachment inquiry continued Wednesday as the House Judiciary Committee called four constitutional law professors to testify. Three of the four witnesses agreed that President Trump committed impeachable offenses by withholding aid to Ukraine, with George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley condemning Trump’s actions but stopping short of calling them impeachable.
