In 1989, computer scientist Sir Tim Berners-Lee was quietly working away in his physics laboratory trying to find a solution for his colleagues to be able to easily share information with each other.

What he came up with came to be know as the 'World Wide Web', and now the inventor is trying to fix what he unleashed on the world and build a brand new solution to clean up the internet and help users regain control over their privacy online.
