This episode of the Flash gives us more information on the mysterious Meta that is killing people. It's feeding on grief and we think it might be a version of Cobalt Blue. This would make sense with the changes that we saw happen in the Bart/Nora episode as well as the fact that well...everything leads back to Thawne. It would really make sense if this was Eddie Thawne as well.  One thing that is a valid criticism of this episode is that it didn't lean on the fact that the previous episode had Barry being motivated by his own grief and loss of his father. This should have been an easy link to what Chester was going through and it was a missed opportunity. Work smarter not harder.
