The vehicle in which Isidro and his family served up amazing food with a strong personal connection wasn’t just your normal truck. Once his family purchased the truck they began a way of life they felt good about and that they wanted to commit to every day. To keep that level of connection with the food they served and the friendships they had with their customers.
