This week's episode looks at how injuries derailed the Grizzlies, looked at the best and worst moves from the front office, played a game of fact or fiction, and handed out their 2023 player grades.

Embrace Debate: The Grizzlies caught the injury bug at the wrong time this season. Coming into the playoffs Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke were already out, Ja then reinjured his hand in game one, and Kennard missed game six with a shoulder. The injuries became too much for Memphis to overcome with a depleted bench unit.

Kleiman Corner: Zach Kleiman is heralded as one of the best general managers in basketball but had a few misses that led to that short, inexperienced bench in the playoffs. Draft trades sent out ROY candidate Walker Kessler and bench scorer De'Anthony Melton. Acquiring Kennard was a step in the right direction to address shooting concerns but it was only the first step to what might be a roster overhaul in the summer.
