Steven Levy-Cruz is a LAFC fan and founder of AFJA -- a Los Angeles-based non-profit youth soccer organization that benefits low-income communities and aims to promote social change in Central America. AFJA won the 2019 Major League Soccer Community MVP Award and has provided organized soccer to more than 350 people in El Salvador and Guatemala. Shaka Hislop and Alexis Nunes speak with Levy-Cruz about the different ways communities and ethnicities are divided and how some communities are working towards mending those bridges at the grassroots level.
