Graham Ashcraft hit the ground running for the Cincinnati Reds in 2022 and looks to be a huge part of the Reds future success, but it wasn't always that way. Jeff and Steve look at how Ashcraft came out of nowhere to be a key member of the core of the Reds moving forward. They look at how Ashcraft was off the Reds top-30 prospect lists until 2021 when he finished in the top-10 rankings and it's all because of fixing his fastball with Eric Jagers. His 2022 rookie season was quite promising, despite the last three starts of the year that were awful, but the year showed the potential Ashcraft has for the Reds. There are a few things that Ashcraft can add, or fix about his game that will take him to the next level, too, as he continues to improve. It's a Graham Ashcraft kind of day on the podcast!
