Submit ReviewThe Cincinnati Reds are not as bad as we feared and it starts with the lineup and Tyler Stephenson. Jeff and Steve discuss his impact on the team, and why they are scoring more runs. They also look at the success the Reds outfield has enjoyed as Tommy Pham, Tyler Naquin, and TJ Friedl have been playing well, as of late. The pitching needs to improve, but it's not that far off. The pitching will get better starting with the Reds demoting Vladimir Gutierrez and then sending Dauri Moreta to Triple-A. The Reds should also lean more on two surprise bullpen arms, Alexis Diaz and Jeff Hoffman. The Reds are in Pittsburgh for four games against the Pirates with a golden opportunity to win their third straight series. Conner Overton is on the mound tonight and there are some injury updates with Joey Votto and Nick Senzel.
