Nomad caught up backstage with Doug E. Fresh on the co-bill for a Babyface concert in Jax, FL. Fresh is the consummate  professional and all around great guy. Inspired by his Instagram feed, Nomad asks Doug about the positive energy that he so often promotes and how does he go about pulling himself out of the emotional valleys that so many of us experience. Without skipping a beat "the human beatbox" tells Nomad about his tried and true methods which are listed below, while also expounding  on the fact that we are a 'collective' and that we must process our life lessons in manner possible. Talking to a friend, expressing ourselves on paper, and pray or meditate. Through our self awareness we can use discipline to develop our spirit, mind, and body to achieve of goals.
