The offense will be slightly shifted to Watson's style but should not detract things the Browns excelled at prior to his arrival. There is a lot riding on this season for the Cleveland staff and front office and how Watson performs will decide the fate of those individuals.

Hiring Jim Schwartz to run the defense was a smart move but adding bodies that will allow this team to play more nickel and dime was vital. The Browns secondary and pass rushing unit's are very deep. Allowing these players to excel at what they do best should see a major improvement overall in the group.

The AFC is going to be a dogfight and the Browns should be in the race but the early part of the schedule should determine how 2023 plays out.
