Prolific songwriter Diane Warren earned her first Oscar nomination for Best Original Song in 1988, for "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" from "Mannequin." This year, she is up for her 13th nomination for the song, "Somehow You Do," from "Four Good Days." As part of our series, "The Big Picture," highlighting Oscar nominees who are not actors or directors, she joins us to discuss her career, as well as her "debut" album from last year, Diane Warren: The Cave Sessions Vol. 1, a collection of new original songs featuring contributions from Ty Dolla $ign, Maren Morris, John Legend, Luis Fonsi, Carlos Santana, Celine Dion, and more.
