Submit ReviewIn part one of episode 25 of THE ARCHIVE on THE CINEMATIC SOUND RADIO NETWORK, Jason Drury opens up the show with an extended suite from the recent deluxe edition release of John Powell acclaimed score for HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON (Varese Sarabande)
Then Jason plows the depths by featuring music from the classic underwater sci-fi television series VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA featuring episodic music by Jerry Goldsmith (La La Land Records)
In the BEST OF BRITISH segment, Jason features music by a true cinema great - in front of and behind the camera - Charlie Chaplin with re-recorded suites from THE GREAT DICTATOR (1940) and THE KID (1921) (Silva Screen Records).
Part one ends with the end title suite from Alan Silvestri’s score for PREDATOR 2 (Varese Sarabande) which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.
Enjoy!
