Philip, having arrived at the meeting we saw him heading to in the last episode, is walking through a park with Oleg, comparing notes on what living in the U.S. has been like for each of them. Oleg's not sure he liked it: "It's different." Seemed like he enjoyed the luxuries kind of a lot, but maybe finding himself with a part to play in preventing nuclear war has fogged up those memories.
