Directed by Patty Jenkins, with a story by Allan Heinberg, Zack Snyder and Jason Fuchs, the DCEU’s fourth movie is Wonder Woman! Gal Gadot returns following Wonder Woman’s live-action debut in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, but this is the first live-action theatrical feature to star and focus on the character. So there’s everything to be excited for and everything is on the line. Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, and David Thewlis, star in supporting roles, where Diana Prince is convinced that she can bring an end to the Great War. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny. But have we got ourselves a good film? A great film? Or will the reactions be mixed as we’ve seen with DC’s installments so far?
