Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Love and Thunder is the superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Thor, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Disney. This is the sequel to Thor: Ragnarok (2017) and the 29th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Picking up after the events of Avengers: Endgame, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) is on a quest for inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods.
